AC Condensation Repair

This project involved replacing most of the wood where the AC condensation unit was leaking water behind the siding. By insulating the pipe and sealing it correctly, the repair insured that condensation would not cause damage in the future.  Cedar shakes were then repaired and stained to match.

Siding Repair

This project replaced the damaged cedar siding from an incorrectly installed gutter and downspout. The cedar siding was repaired and stained to match the existing, and the gutter and downspout were rerouted and installed correctly to prevent future damage.
